Operated by 2 x 'D' type batteries (not included) this two speed electric fan is designed for use by clipping it to the outside of a cage or can also be used in a desktop position.
The 4.5 inch fan blade will provide enough ventilation to keep your dog cooler. It is designed to stop if anything touches the blade, without hurting, so it is safe to use even with small animals.
