Dosage: 

Add 5 ml per 2,5 litres of drinking water, 1-2 days per week, at least 3 weeks before a race.

Use non-stop, 3 days before race.

Also, 3 days after the race for faster recovery.

 Do not use one day before the long bird’s transport.
