Our 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship. This means if something goes wrong due to how the product was made, we’ll repair or replace it at no extra cost.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect function
Consumable parts or accessories
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
