Returns Policy

We hope you’re pleased with your purchase from us. However, we understand that occasionally, you may need to return goods. Below are the main reasons for returns and the corresponding processes. Please follow the one that applies to you.

I Want to Return an Item

If you change your mind, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt. After we inspect and verify the items are in their original, unused condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, note the damage on the delivery note or refuse the delivery. Contact us within 48 hours with details of the damage. This helps us address the issue with our courier. We may ask you to return the goods for inspection. Once received, we will replace the damaged items. A photo of the damaged items is required to assist in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Items

If you receive incorrect items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. This ensures we can promptly deliver the correct items and prevent them from selling out. A photo of the received items is required to assist in resolving the issue.

Herbal and Food Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on herbal or food items. These products are exempt from our standard return policy. We appreciate your understanding.

Packaging Guidelines

When returning products, ensure they are adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit. Use the original packaging if available and intact. If not, ensure the items are well-protected and cushioned against shocks, punctures, scratches, or other potential damage. If we arrange for a courier to collect the goods, they are entitled to inspect the quantity, condition, and packaging of the items.
